When you submit an application or request on our website we collect:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone / WhatsApp number
• Club and team
• Chosen plan (if any) and your region

We also count anonymous page views (no names or emails) to see how the website is used.

Only to contact you about your application, set up your account and help you get started. The legal basis is your request to us (steps before entering into an agreement, GDPR art. 6.1 b).

We never send newsletters or marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

If you don't become a customer, we delete your details no later than 12 months after you submitted them. If you become a customer, they are kept for as long as the agreement lasts and as required by accounting law.

Your details are stored securely with our hosting and database provider. Only the PlayR founders have access, through a protected admin login.

You can at any time ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days: nick [at] liveplayr [dot] com

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, e.g. the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
